Composed for a meeting of the Omaha Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, in loving memory of my great-uncle, Joseph Tomcheck (1908-1992), and great-aunt Theresa Zagrodnik Tomcheck (1914-1996), who loved these carols and embodied the simple joy and tenderness these songs convey.
